Recent Success Stories

It’s been a busy last few months of 2016. Two of my amazing mentor groups and some private clients have finished their current courses in Dubai and I wanted to share some of their success stories.

These inspiring ladies have reached their goals, which span from becoming an exhibiting artist to finding new job opportunities and generally being more comfortable in their own skin.

I have become a happier and more content person.

What does Integrative Coaching or being in Integrity really mean?

Integrative coaching is a method of coaching that aims to help you become totally in integrity with yourself.

When you are in integrity with yourself you are your own best friend – you support yourself rather than self-sabotaging. You know who you are to the core.

You know:

  • Your soul’s desires
  • Where your healthy boundaries are
  • What you like
  • What you don’t like

You can trust your self implicitly. If you commit yourself to something you will follow through, but at the same time you will avoid overcommitting yourself so you can live up to your own expectations.

When you are in integrity with yourself, you stand strong no matter what happens and regardless of whom you interact with. You know how to support yourself and what truly makes you happy.

You have the courage to do what needs to be done even when it’s difficult because you know it’s in everybody’s highest interest in the long run.

Her Inner Artist Paints Again

When one of my coaching clients created this amazing painting as part of her Healing Your Heart Process, I asked her if I could share her breakthrough as inspiration for others (thank you Asmita for saying yes!)

1stPainting June2015

After years of not painting (even though it was always something she loved) Asmita began to apply what she learned about supporting herself to trust her inner wisdom and take steps towards what she loves. She was courageous and caring enough to start painting again.

I will never stop being fascinated by people who are willing to do their inner work – allowing them to show us who they are and shine in the outer world!

Keep up the great work Asmita!

Writing Group Inspiration

Having recognized the frustration, pain and low energy I often feel when I am not actively engaged in an exciting, creative project – I decided to take two action steps:

Writing Group Selfie

1) I started working on this blog.

2) I found and joined a writing group through Dubai International Writing Centre.

– and as always happens when I take action on something I am passionate about: I immediately felt better and was filled with a great sense of energy!

I met with four inspiring lady writers at a cafe’ in Dubai and as it turned out the five of us came from five different countries – I love that about Dubai! And – oh my – could we talk…about writing, being a woman, work and life in general.

We had only met once before and for some of us it was the first time – but meeting about a common topic we love: writing – meant that we instantly connected and ENJOYED ourselves. And that gives me (and I trust them, too) the energy and inspiration to write the next piece… Like this blog post for example 🙂

  • What do you love doing?
  • Which action step can you take this week that would inspire you?

Welcome to my blog!

Welcome to my blog about the wonders of human behaviour and the kind of habits, beliefs and secrets that can create limitations for us.

I am so fascinated with the positive effects that working with our shadows can have for us that I made it my coaching job years ago and now part of my blog, too.

When we have the curiosity and willingness to listen to our own inner wisdom and embrace all that we are (anyway): The good, the bad, the perfect, and the imperfect – then we set ourselves free to create the kind of joy, peace and inspiration we might be searching for.

This blog is also about my passion for family life, books and art – and all other things that support me living an inspired life. My wish and intention with my blog is it will inspire you, too!

I hope you will be generous with your comments, so we can connect and share our thoughts.

With love and appreciation,

Lulu
